Job summary

Carle Health seeks a Facilities Project Coordinator to support small and mid-sized new construction and renovation projects across its Illinois facilities. You will help with design/layout oversight, coordinate meetings, and manage schedules, budgets, and documentation.

The role requires reading drawings, tracking invoices, and ensuring timely project completion while maintaining records in Procore and related tools.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating small to mid-sized construction projects.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in project documentation and reporting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with internal and external project stakeholders.
• Update construction schedule based on team input.
• Assist in permit process management and procurement.
• Track and process project invoices.
• Review drawings and resolve design conflicts with the team.
• Attend project meetings and document minutes.
• Prepare project documents, schedules, and reports.
• Oversee Procore usage and project setup for new projects.
• Ensure compliance, quality, and productivity across projects.
