Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage healthcare construction projects from planning through close‑out under general direction.
• Coordinate with clinical users, leaders, architects, engineers, and contractors to define scope and phasing.
• Assist with budgets and schedules; track expenditures and report variances to leadership.
• Support regulatory and code compliance activities with authorities and health departments.
• Monitor construction in active healthcare environments to ensure patient safety and minimal disruption.
• Assist in ILSM and ICRA implementation and monitoring for assigned projects.
• Participate in project meetings, document decisions, and maintain records.
• Support QC, issue resolution and change management processes as directed.
• Assist with project close-out activities including punch lists and handover.
