BEAR Construction Company is seeking a Healthcare Project Manager in Rolling Meadows, IL to lead complex healthcare construction programs from preconstruction through closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, and safety, while coordinating with owners, facilities teams, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain profitability and client satisfaction.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of proven commercial construction project management experience.
• Healthcare construction experience strongly preferred.
• Experience managing construction projects within occupied healthcare facilities.
• Strong understanding of healthcare construction requirements and infection control.
• Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience budgeting, estimating, cost control, and contract administration.
• Ability to drive profitability and lead project teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and deliver healthcare construction projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Develop project plans, budgets, schedules, and documentation.
• Coordinate phased construction with healthcare facilities teams.
• Ensure infection control, life safety, and codes compliance.
• Negotiate contracts, POs, and vendor agreements.
• Manage project financials including forecasting and billing.
• Mentor and supervise project coordinators and engineers.
• Provide status reporting and risk management.
• Support business development with client relationships.
