Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of proven commercial construction project management experience.
• Healthcare construction experience strongly preferred.
• Experience managing construction projects within occupied healthcare facilities.
• Strong understanding of healthcare construction requirements and infection control.
• Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience budgeting, estimating, cost control, and contract administration.
• Ability to drive profitability and lead project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver healthcare construction projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Develop project plans, budgets, schedules, and documentation.
• Coordinate phased construction with healthcare facilities teams.
• Ensure infection control, life safety, and codes compliance.
• Negotiate contracts, POs, and vendor agreements.
• Manage project financials including forecasting and billing.
• Mentor and supervise project coordinators and engineers.
• Provide status reporting and risk management.
• Support business development with client relationships.
