Job summary

Community Health Network in Indianapolis seeks a Lead Project Manager, Design and Construction to drive care construction projects from concept through closeout, including acute care initiatives.

You will collaborate with clinical leaders, facilities teams, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure clinical workflow readiness and will negotiate contracts while maintaining essential project records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• 4 year / Bachelor's Degree in construction management, engineering, engineering technology, or architecture; or another Bachelor's with 8+ years hospital/healthcare PM experience.
• Preferred certifications: CHFM, CHC, PE or related professional credentials.

Responsibilities

• Lead care construction projects from concept through closeout, including acute care initiatives.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders, facilities teams, architects, engineers and contractors to ensure clinical workflow readiness.
• Serve as a resource providing technical knowledge in construction management and ensure all documents and records are maintained.
• Negotiate and manage contracts and coordinate project documentation and recordkeeping.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in construction management, engineering, engineering technology, or architecture

8+ years hospital/healthcare project management experience

Certifications: CHFM / CHC / PE
