Job summary

Crothall Healthcare is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the support services operations. You will coordinate frontline staff and serve as a liaison between administration and department units, ensuring high service levels.

The role requires 4 years in related services with at least 1 year in supervision, plus strong communication and multi-tasking abilities. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. Compensation includes comprehensive benefits and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• 4 years of support services, housekeeping, and/or facilities maintenance experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a field with high customer contact.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and oral form.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Establishes and annually reviews standards and procedures for all staff.
• Plans work and staffing schedules to ensure adequate services.
• Assists in hiring, interviewing, and training new associates.
• Orients, develops, and supervises supervisory/housekeeping staff.
• Conducts regular inspections and makes facility recommendations.
• Prepares monthly reporting of goals and progress.
• Provides staff education and continuous training.
• Communicates with staff, administration, and other departments.
• Coordinates outside services (e.g. pest control, window cleaning, medical and solid waste).
