Crothall Healthcare is seeking an Operations Manager responsible for directing and overseeing support services within the department. You will coordinate frontline associates and serve as a liaison between administration and unit departments to provide the highest level of service.

Responsibilities include staffing plans, hiring and training new associates, supervising housekeeping staff, and monthly reporting of goals, accomplishments, and future plans.

Qualifications

• 4 years of support services, military, housekeeping, and/or facilities maintenance experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a support service related field with high customer/contact.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations.
• Ability to multi-task and establish priorities.
• Ability to maintain organization in a changing and stressful environment.
• Exhibit initiative, responsibility, flexibility, and leadership.
• Proficient computer skills with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee frontline associates and coordinate service delivery.
• Plan work and staffing schedules to ensure adequate services.
• Assist in hiring, interviewing, and training of new associates.
• Orients, develops, and supervises supervisory/housekeeping staff.
• Conducts regular inspections and makes recommendations to the facility.
• Monthly reporting of goals, accomplishments, and future plans.
• Coordinate outside services (e.g., Pest Control, Window Cleaning, Waste, Recycling).
