Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group USA company, seeks an Operations Manager to direct and oversee healthcare support services. You will coordinate frontline associates and act as a liaison between administration and unit departments to deliver top-tier service.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Healthcare facilities background is preferred, with a focus on continuous improvement and staff

Qualifications

• 4 years of support services, military, housekeeping, and/or facilities maintenance experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a support service related field with high customer contact.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and oral formats.
• Ability to multi-task and establish priorities.
• Thorough knowledge of contract administration and office procedures.
• Proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and annually reviews standards and work procedures for staff.
• Plans work and staffing schedules to ensure adequate services.
• Assists in the hiring process; interview, hire and train new associates.
• Orients, develops, and supervises supervisory/housekeeping staff.
• Conducts regular inspections and makes facility recommendations.
• Generates monthly reporting of goals, accomplishments, and future plans.
• Provides staff education and continuous training.
• Coordinates with administration and other departments.
