Job summary

Crothall Healthcare is seeking an Operations Manager to direct and oversee the support services operations. You will coordinate frontline staff and serve as a liaison between administration and unit departments to deliver high-quality service.

Responsibilities include planning schedules, hiring and training, supervising housekeeping staff, and coordinating external services while maintaining high standards and reporting progress.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in support services, military, housekeeping, and/or facilities maintenance.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a high-contact support service role.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations.
• Ability to multi-task and establish priorities.
• Knowledge of contract administration and office procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet).
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and annually reviews standards and work procedures for all staff.
• Plans work and staffing schedules to ensure adequate services.
• Assists in the hiring process; interview, hiring and training of new associates.
• Orients, develops, and supervises all supervisory/housekeeping staff.
• Conducts regular inspections and makes recommendations to the facility.
• Conducts monthly reporting of goals, accomplishments, and future plans.
• Provides staff education and continuous training.
• Communicates with staff, administration, and other departments.
• Coordinates outside services (Pest Control, Window Cleaning, Medical and Solid Waste, Document Destruction, Recycling).
