Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group USA company, is hiring an Operations Manager to oversee support services operations within a healthcare facility. You will coordinate frontline staff, ensure service standards, and liaise between administration and clinical units to deliver excellent patient support.

Requirements include 4 years in support services or facilities, at least 1 year supervisory experience, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Four years of experience in support services, military, housekeeping, or facilities maintenance.
• At least one year of supervisory experience in a service-focused field.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to a changing environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and annually reviews standards and work procedures for all staff.
• Plans work and staffing schedules to ensure adequate services are rendered.
• Assists in the hiring process; interview, hiring and training of new associates.
• Orients, develops, and supervises all supervisory/housekeeping staff.
• Conducts regular inspections and makes recommendations to the facility.
• Conducts monthly reporting of goals, accomplishments, and future plans.
• Provides staff education and continuous training.
• Communicates with staff, administration, and other departments.
• Coordinates outside services (e.g. Pest Control, Window Cleaning, Medical and Solid Waste, Document Destruction, and Recycling).
