Corewell Health is seeking an experienced events professional to manage service-line events from planning to execution at the Southfield center. The role requires coordinating with Foundations and affiliated service lines, anticipating needs, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or Hospitality Management or related field.
• 2 years of relevant experience with office administrative management or transferable skills.
• 2 years of relevant experience coordinating special events / event planning.

Responsabilités

• Assist with negotiating space contracts and booking event space; arrange food and beverage, supplies, AV equipment, travel; ensure décor and signage.
• Conduct site visits, research resources, create room layouts; liaise with vendors; assist on-site production and clean-up; prepare nametags and registration materials.
• Prepare and monitor event budgets, track finances including invoicing; manage calendar and scheduling of events; prepare and modify event contracts.
• Maintain and communicate the overall calendar of events.
