Highmark Health is offering a Summer 2027 Enterprise Risk Strategy Undergraduate Internship. The program provides hands-on exposure to enterprise risk management, governance, compliance, and strategic planning within a complex healthcare environment.

You will work with risk professionals and business leaders to strengthen the organization’s ERM framework, gain insight into governance, and contribute to risk reporting, analytics, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Full or part-time enrollment in an accredited college or university baccalaureate program.
• Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Health Informatics, Economics, Healthcare Administration, Information Security, or a related discipline.

Responsabilités

• Assist with enterprise risk reporting and documentation.
• Research emerging risks and industry trends.
• Maintain risk-related data and reporting tools.
• Assist with risk assessments and taxonomy development.
• Prepare presentations and executive-facing materials.
• Participate in strategic projects across Enterprise Risk & Governance.
• Support governance activities and risk analytics.
