Job summary

Highmark Health is offering the Summer 2027 Enterprise Risk Strategy Undergraduate Internship to provide hands-on experience in enterprise risk management, governance, compliance, and strategic planning across the organization.

Interns will work with risk professionals and business leaders to support risk reporting, research, governance activities, and strategic projects across ERM, Healthcare Operations, Information Security, and Risk Analytics, under mentorship.

Qualifications

• Full or part-time enrollment in an accredited college or university baccalaureate program.
• Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Health Informatics, Economics, Healthcare Administration, Information Security, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise risk reporting and governance activities.
• Assist with risk assessments and risk taxonomy development.
• Prepare presentations and executive-facing materials.
• Participate in strategic projects across Enterprise Risk & Governance.
• Develop analytical, research, and communication skills through mentored projects.

Education

Undergraduate student in Finance/Accounting/Business/Health Informatics or related field
