Highmark Health invites applications for the Summer 2027 Enterprise Risk Strategy Undergraduate Internship. The program provides hands-on exposure to enterprise risk management, governance, compliance, and strategic planning within a complex healthcare environment.

Interns will work with risk professionals and leaders on risk reporting, research, data management, and project-based learning to build analytical and communication skills while gaining insight into ERM, governance, and healthcare

Qualifications

Full or part-time enrollment in an accredited college or university baccalaureate program.
Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Health Informatics, Economics, Healthcare Administration, Information Security, or a related discipline.

Responsabilités

Communicate effectively while interacting with colleagues and stakeholders in planning assignments and resolving day-to-day operational problems.
Under supervision, provide entry-level professional services with guidance, training, and mentoring from senior personnel.
Undertake and/or participate in projects and programs designed to develop professional skills and expertise for the organization.
Participate in the planning and implementation of unit projects and initiatives within area of expertise and ability.
As requested by management, conduct research and reporting including recommendations or proposals for action.
Undertake related studies or enrichment programs as appropriate to unit objectives.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
