Highmark Health is offering the Summer 2027 Enterprise Risk Strategy Undergraduate Internship to gain hands-on experience across enterprise risk management, governance, compliance, and strategic planning in a complex healthcare environment.

Interns will support risk reporting, data management, risk taxonomy development, and executive-facing presentations, while gaining exposure to ERM, governance, and risk analytics under mentorship.

Formación

• Enrolled in a college/university bachelor’s program at time of internship.
• Pursuing degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Health Informatics, Economics, Healthcare Administration, Information Security (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Communicate effectively with colleagues and leaders in planning assignments and resolving day-to-day operational problems.
• Under supervision, provide entry-level professional services aligned with day-to-day operating objectives and receive guidance from senior personnel.
• Participate in projects and programs to develop professional skills and expertise.
• Participate in planning and implementation of unit projects and initiatives within area of expertise.
• Conduct research and reporting including recommendations or proposals for action as requested by management.
• Undertake related studies or enrichment programs to support operating unit objectives.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
