Highmark Health offers the Summer 2027 Enterprise Risk Strategy Undergraduate Internship. This program provides hands-on experience across enterprise risk management, governance, compliance, and strategic planning within a complex healthcare environment.

You will work with risk professionals and leaders to strengthen ERM and governance processes, gaining insight into risk reporting, taxonomy, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Full or part-time enrollment in an accredited college or university baccalaureate program.

Responsabilités

• Provide entry-level professional services under supervision to support the day-to-day operating objectives of the area.
• Undertake and participate in projects and programs to develop professional skills and expertise.
• Participate in planning and implementation of unit projects within area of expertise.
• Conduct research and reporting including recommendations or proposals for action.
• Undertake related studies or enrichment programs as appropriate to the operating unit.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
