Job summary
The Osborn Engineering Company in Pittsburgh seeks a Manager of Healthcare with a minimum of 10 years of healthcare design and client-management experience in a consulting engineering setting. Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of engineering/facilities design experience in healthcare.
- Strong knowledge of NFPA 99/101 and FGI, ASHRAE 170.
- Experience with Joint Commission CMS accreditation for healthcare.
- Proven leadership to manage a high-performing healthcare design team.
- Continuing education and mentoring in healthcare engineering.
Responsibilities
- Lead weekly Healthcare group meetings and coordinate workload.
- Oversee project staffing, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Forecast utilization and support proposal development.
- Ensure QA/QC participation on healthcare projects.
- Guide staff in project management, client communications, and delivery.
