Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience focused on engineering and facilities design and/or managed healthcare facilities.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA 99/101 and Facilities Guideline Institute (FGI) with ASHRAE 170 ventilation.
• Understanding of Joint Commission standards and CMS accreditation for healthcare owners.
• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly Healthcare group meetings to discuss production and workload.
• Resolve department conflicts and allocate workload across the team.
• Review timesheets and ensure accurate reporting for direct reports.
• Forecast monthly utilization and assist with proposals.
• Provide resources with PMs to successfully execute projects.
• Supervise the group, provide technical expertise on projects.
• Prepare proposals and administer contracts, including Add Service Agreements.
• Staff the department with backlogs and manpower forecasts, manage budgets.
• Enforce company procedures, conduct annual employee reviews and mentor staff.
• Support QA/QC in design and lead multiple projects with strong communication.
