The ideal candidate has 10+ years in mechanical design, HVAC and plumbing experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; PE is desirable. Salary range $124,000–$150,000 plus attractive benefits.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 10+ years of mechanical design experience.
• HVAC and plumbing design experience required.

Responsibilities

• Multi-discipline project management, design and deliverable execution.
• Client and Junior Staff Management.
• Project deadlines and time management.
• HVAC and plumbing calculations and load analysis.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (Required).
• Construction administration including shop drawings and RFIs.
