Osborn Engineering seeks an Associate Director of Healthcare for the Great Lakes Facilities Division in Cleveland, OH. This role manages healthcare engineering projects and supports business development with the Director of Healthcare and Divisional Leaders.

Ideal candidate has 15+ years in healthcare facilities design, manages multi-disciplinary teams, and ensures quality and timely project delivery across the Great Lakes region.

Formación

• Minimum 15+ years in healthcare engineering/facilities design.
• Experience managing healthcare construction projects valued at $5M+.

Responsabilidades

• Market all Osborn capabilities to healthcare clients.
• Provide technical direction on design work within their discipline.
• Interact with owners, project managers, architects and healthcare professionals.
• Lead project and client management for multi-discipline healthcare projects in the Great Lakes region.
• Oversee design deliverables for SD/DD/CD phases and QA/QC processes.
• Lead business development activities and participate in trade organizations.
