Job summary

Easterseals Southern California is seeking an experienced EHR Analyst to manage EHR interfaces, configurations, and workflows. You will collaborate with treatment providers and IT teams to optimize data usage and reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Health Services or related field with 3+ years in EHR management and end-user training. Travel to ESSC locations and a strong emphasis on confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of EHR processes: storage, retrieval, retention, workflows, and documentation standardization.
• Ability to maintain knowledge of local, state and federal EHR regulations.
• Ability to assess training needs and develop programs.
• Excellent in MS Office and web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Represent the user interface functionality, system configuration, and workflow of the EHR system.
• Evaluate EHR data to recommend process improvements.
• Respond to inquiries related to EHR and collaborate with IT support and vendor.
• Analyze and interpret EHR data to support Provider Network operations.
• Create, review, and distribute regular data reports.
• Provide cross-functional coordination for data distribution.
• Support continuous quality improvement and policy updates.
• Perform additional administrative analytics tasks as assigned.
