Shasta Community Health Center is seeking a Training Specialist to deliver EHR training across clinicians, scribes, and coordinators. This role supports onboarding and coordinates with the training department to ensure consistent practice and thorough adoption of workflows.

The position requires knowledge of the NextGen EHR, development of training materials, and effective communication with staff at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years related healthcare experience.
• Experience with EHR systems and staff training preferred.
• Strong communication and confidentiality practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide EHR training to clinicians, scribes, and staff.
• Coordinate training with the training team for consistency.
• Support upgrades/changes to NextGen and assess staff performance.
• Develop training plans, materials, and job aids.
• Present updates on EHR changes at staff meetings.
