Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of adult learning principles and training modalities.
• Ability to plan, implement, and evaluate technical training for end users.

• Experience with LMS and e-learning creation tools.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and enhance EHR and business system training documentation.
• Deliver system training across the organization.
• Build and maintain training environments for the EHR and third-party systems.
• Plan and develop curricula for end users.
• Analyze evaluation data and adjust training accordingly.
• Collaborate with analysts, trainers, and staff.
