Gift of Hope is seeking a Lead Education and Training Specialist to own orientation and ongoing development for Hospital Development, Referral Liaisons, Donation Liaisons, and Partner Relations. You will design curricula, manage LMS activities, and partner with leadership to keep training current, practical, and aligned with priorities.

This Chicago-based role requires in-office and hospital presence. Starting compensation ranges from $75,000 to $89,000 with a comprehensive benefits package and

Qualifications

• 3 years in hospital development or healthcare education
• Experience designing and delivering training programs
• Excellent written communication
• Ability to adapt training to diverse learners
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, LMS tools

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end orientation, onboarding, and training for Hospital Development, Referral Liaison, Donation Liaison, and Partner Relations staff
• Coordinate training schedules, field experiences, and competency validation with preceptors
• Design, develop, facilitate, and evaluate curricula, simulations, assessments, and learning resources
• Develop educational materials and resources across presentations, eLearning, facilitator guides, and job aids
• Maintain LMS records, enrollment, completion tracking, and reporting for onboarding and competency management
• Support continuing education activities, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance
