Job summary

Network for Hope seeks a Hospital Partnership Liaison to build strong hospital relationships, improve donation processes, and deliver education to enhance donation culture within assigned hospitals.

You will serve as a subject matter expert, providing real-time guidance, collaboration, and high-quality customer service to support donation outcomes, including after-hours support and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; exceptional work experience may substitute.
• Minimum of three years in healthcare, marketing, communications, business development, or social work.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain hospital relationships and educate staff on donation processes.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership to set goals and strategic initiatives.
• Provide real-time guidance during active donation cases.
• Develop education programs on donation regulations and best practices.
• Collect and analyze hospital donation metrics and report trends.
