Job summary

Quadax, Inc. is seeking an Account Representative for Healthcare EDI software (Xpeditor). This remote role interacts with hospitals and physician practices and requires up to 30% travel to Kansas City, MO, Dallas, TX, Denver, CO.

You will assist clients with setup, implementation, daily operations, training staff, read reports to identify billing trends, present additional products, and contact payers. Prior remote work is preferred and confidentiality is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with setup, some implementation, and daily operations of Xpeditor.
• Must train staff on product features and everyday use.
• Read multiple reports to identify billing trends for clients.
• Present clients with additional products and features.
• Contact different insurance payers while researching reasons for claim denials.
• Assist clients in writing custom data converts and test these upon implementation.
• Other duties as assigned.
