Job summary

Quadax is seeking an Account Implementation Representative for Healthcare EDI Software. You will manage the Xpeditor implementation, including customization and training for hospital clients, and coordinate related software products such as Eligibility and Denial Management Workflow.

Based in the Middleburg Heights area, candidates must be located in OH or adjacent states and be willing to travel 25–35% for onsite deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience with parallel testing of claims processing software and hospital EDI systems.
• Ability to travel 25-35% to client sites.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Write, test, and document custom data converts and edits.
• Assist with EDI client setup, payer onboarding, and territory expansion.
• Provide training to clients ranging from small to large groups.
• Maintain professional relationships and effective public speaking.
• Travel onsite to client locations to complete implementations (25%–35% travel).
