Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Detail oriented, investigative and software troubleshooting skills.
• Must multitask effectively across multiple clients and teams.
• Knowledge of medical billing practices or Electronic Data Interchange.
• Professional relationships with clients and strong communication skills.
• Must be a versatile, fast learner across Quadax departments.
• Sufficient public speaking skills.
• Remote work experience preferred.
• Willing to travel approximately 30% of the time.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with setup, implementation, and daily operations of Xpeditor.
• Train staff on product features and everyday use.
• Read reports and identify billing trends for clients.
• Present clients with additional products and features.
• Contact payers to research why claims did not pay or pass edits.
• Help clients write data converts and test them on implementation.
• Other duties as assigned.
