SHI International Corp. in Austin, TX, is seeking a Healthcare Inside District Sales Manager - Development to lead a district sales team, drive strategic initiatives, and grow the territory through effective partner engagement and customer relationship management.

The role emphasizes meeting sales targets, developing new business, coaching and mentoring a professional team, and coordinating with Marketing and internal resources to boost brand awareness and pipeline health.

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of management experience preferred.
• 3+ years of technology sales experience (Healthcare).
• Proven track record in attaining sales goals and quotas.
• Highly focused on customer solutions and satisfaction.
• Experience working with C-Level executives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage all sales activities within a defined district with focus on meeting sales targets.
• Build a professional sales team (recruit, hire, train).
• Oversee performance, coach, motivate, and mentor the team.
• Execute Sales Motions, Campaigns, and drive territory growth.
• Drive new business with existing customers and acquire new customers.
• Develop strong Partner relationships within the district.
• Engage internal resources to create brand awareness and manage pipeline.
• Own top customers in the territory and deliver effective sales presentations.
• Schedule and attend customer appointments.
