You will train staff, manage P&L and budgets, and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards while traveling up to 75% of the time.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate positive attitude and ability to follow instructions daily.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma acceptable.
• Two years of experience in quantity food production/service and supervision desired.
• Experience in dining services management and nutrition desirable.
• Must complete sanitation and safety regulatory courses and implement changes.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills for diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-account district management in assigned territory, per policies and state/federal requirements.
• Develop staff through training and development to meet dining services quality standards.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, and payroll; assist in enrollment processes.
• Communicate directives between Account Manager, Administrators, and HCSG leadership.
• Ensure safety, infection control, and proper handling of cleaning products.
