Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is a healthcare services partner offering housekeeping, laundry, dining, and nutritional support across the country. The District Manager-In-Training program prepares you to lead multiple accounts with a focus on staffing, safety, and resident experience.

You will develop leadership, budgeting, and operational skills while traveling to facilities and collaborating with account teams to meet performance standards and client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management or related field preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of experience in quantity food production/service and personnel supervision desired.
• Must submit to a Motor Vehicle Check and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies as required by state/local/customers.

Responsibilities

• District Manager-In-Training program lasts about twenty weeks with hands-on and computer-based training.
• Lead Training & Development to ensure staff meets Dining Services quality standards and safety guidelines.
• Manage income, expenditures, supplies, and payroll; review reports and enrollments as needed.
• Serve as liaison between Account Manager, Administrators, and HCSG staff; communicate directives to managers.
• Maintain safety practices, infection control, and quality guidelines across sites.
• Travel up to 75% for account visits and regional activities.
• Represent HCSG positively with clients and residents.
