You will learn to manage multiple accounts in environmental services, focusing on housekeeping, laundry, and resident satisfaction, while upholding safety and quality standards. The sixteen-week program combines hands-on training and computer-based modules, building leadership, budgeting, and service delivery skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in management or related field preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience supervising staff in a healthcare environment is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple accounts within an assigned territory under district programs.
• Lead, train, and supervise housekeeping and related staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety and infection control policies.
• Support accounts with active client interaction and reporting.
