Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking a District Manager to provide vision, direction, and control for a medium-size account network. You will lead multiple units, grow revenue, manage costs, and deliver financial commitments while mentoring teams and upholding safety and service standards.

This leadership role emphasizes building client relationships, ensuring contract compliance, and driving productivity across the district.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience with 5–10 years in related sectors.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with broad management practices.
• Ability to hire, assess, develop and grow talent.
• Comfortable reading and implementing contractual requirements.
• Strong communication and teamwork across all organizational levels.
• Proven success in repeatable business models with change management.
• Bachelor's degree typically required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish ownership of operational management and financial performance for multiple accounts.
• Lead client relationships and communicate progress, ensuring surveys and satisfaction.
• Build revenue and manage budgets while delivering P&L targets.
• Drive labor and financial initiatives and ensure efficient operations.
• Ensure safety, quality and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
