Qualifications

• 5–10 years of leadership experience with P&L responsibility.
• Broad knowledge of management practices, business judgement and client/consumer interaction.
• Ability to hire, assess, develop and grow talent.
• Comfortable interpreting contractual requirements and identifying opportunities within contracts.
• Established communication and teamwork skills across all levels.
• Experience leading through change and turnaround initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish ownership and accountability for operational management and financial performance of multiple accounts.
• Build client relationships and progress against contractual obligations and growth opportunities.
• Monitor P&L, budgets, and performance metrics to deliver financial targets.
• Lead labor and cost initiatives to improve productivity and margins.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health and wage regulations across units.
