Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience with P&L responsibility within hospitality, retail, facilities, direct store delivery or food/beverage industries.
• Strong ability to hire, assess, develop and grow talent.
• Comfortable reading, understanding, and implementing contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple accounts and units with ownership of operational management and financial performance.
• Establish and maintain client rapport, communicate progress, and support renewals.
• Build revenue and manage budget to deliver financial targets using Aramark systems.
• Drive efficient operations with cost controls and productivity improvements.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
