Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leads and coaches Food Services Directors and Supervisors across facilities.
• Ensures dining programs meet federal, state, and local standards and regulations.
• Maintains clean, safe, and sanitary food service operations.
• Responds to resident preferences to meet service needs.
• Forecasts purchases and manages inventory and equipment.
