Yona Solutions in Tulsa, OK is seeking a District Manager for Food Services and EVS to oversee dietary operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities. You will provide leadership, coach managers, ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards, and drive high-quality dining programs that meet resident needs.

The role requires an Associate's or higher in food service management or hospitality, supervisory experience in long-term care, and CDM/CFPP certification.

Qualifications

• Associate's or higher degree in food service management or hospitality.
• Food service supervisory experience required; 2+ years in long term care preferred.
• CDM/CFPP certification per ANFP.
• General business acumen, public speaking, and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Windows-based office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Coach and provide feedback to Food Services EVS managers for professional development.
• Lead dining programs to enhance residents' meal experience.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local standards and regulations.
• Maintain sanitary, clean dining operations across facilities.
• Staffing: hire and orient Directors and Supervisors; maintain appropriate staffing.
• Forecast supplies and equipment; review district reports.
• Promote resident satisfaction and coordinate with other departments.
• Attend facility meetings and report initiatives monthly.
