Owens & Minor is seeking an experienced Distribution Center leader to oversee all distribution center operations, including receiving, warehousing, shipping, delivery, and inventory accuracy, aligned with company objectives. The anticipated salary range is up to $95,000, plus annual incentive bonus of up to 10% and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 9+ years of professional supply chain or warehouse operations experience, preferably healthcare/medical.
• Previous supervisory and leadership experience highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management, logistics and warehouse practices.
• Excellent financial acumen and ability to manage costs.

Aufgaben

• Directs all DC operations including receiving, warehousing, kitting, shipping, and inventory control.
• Provides leadership coaching and performance feedback to managers and teammates.
• Aims to achieve financial goals for DC operating expenses and capital investments.
• Oversees customer service quality, on-time delivery, and service levels.
• Ensures SOPs/WIs for warehouse management and transportation are followed.
• Monitors performance and conducts root cause analysis to improve efficiency.
• Leads talent development, succession planning, and retention of staff.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements (DOL, DEA, FDA, OSHA, etc.).
• Acts as Designated Representative for DC licensing and compliance where required.
