The role drives safety, quality, and productivity while overseeing delivery performance and customer service.

Qualified candidates hold a Bachelor's degree with 9+ years in healthcare/medical supply chain or warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 9+ years in professional supply chain or warehouse operations, healthcare/medical device preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct all distribution center operations including receiving, warehousing, shipping, and inventory accuracy.
• Drive safety, quality, productivity and KPI achievement across DC functions.
• Oversee customer service, order fulfillment, and issue resolution with internal teams.
• Lead talent development, succession planning, and performance feedback.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for drugs, hazardous materials, dating, and reporting.
