Job summary

Owens & Minor, a global healthcare solutions company, is seeking a Distribution Center Operations Leader to manage one or more DC functions, drive safety, quality, and productivity, and ensure efficient day-to-day execution.

You will coach staff, oversee training, scheduling, and performance feedback, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in supply chain.
• 3+ years of professional supply chain or warehouse operations experience with leadership capability.
• Experience in healthcare/medical device context preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs operations activities for one or more DC functions.
• Manages shift schedules, attendance and vacations.
• Provides coaching and performance feedback to teammates.
• Oversees training and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Drives improvements in safety, quality, and productivity metrics.
