Owens & Minor seeks a Distribution Center Lead to oversee day-to-day DC operations, drive safety and quality metrics, and coach a frontline team in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure reliable, on-time fulfillment and accurate inventory management.

The role requires strong leadership, 3+ years in warehouse operations, and a track record of process improvements within healthcare settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (or equal level of work experience).
• 3+ years in supply chain or warehouse operations with leadership.
• Experience in healthcare/medical device industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs distribution center operations and manages te,am members across functions.
• Schedules and oversees attendance, shift planning, and vacation coverage.
• Provides coaching and development to staff and supports succession planning.
• Leads improvement initiatives to boost DC metrics and financial performance.
• Ensures regulatory compliance (DOL, DEA, FDA, OSHA) and SOP adherence.
