Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years in supply chain or warehouse operations with leadership.
• Knowledge of logistics, distribution, and warehouse management; outbound shipping focus.
• Ability to lead in a matrix environment and coach teammates.
• Proven team-building and performance management skills.
• Experience applying continuous improvement methods across sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage teammate time, attendance, and schedules for assigned areas.
• Provide proactive performance feedback and coaching to teammates.
• Oversee training and succession planning for assigned functions.
• Ensure achievement of KPIs in Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Turnover.
• Coordinate with Account Management, Transportation, CEC, and Operations to resolve issues.
• Support new customer conversions at the distribution center.
• Enforce SOPs/WIs for warehouse management and transportation.
