Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group USA company, seeks a Dining Services Manager to lead a food service team and oversee dining operations in a healthcare setting. You will coordinate with chefs and management to deliver high-quality meals and ensure client satisfaction at the Orange, CA site.

The role emphasizes budget awareness, menu development, sanitation, and collaboration with marketing and culinary teams to raise service standards and drive guest experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years of food service management experience.
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, and/or related food service operations.
• Waited tables and catering experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of food and catering trends with focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation.
• Communication skills both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Oversees dining services operations of a medium to large volume location.
• Interacts with customers and resolves customer complaints in a friendly and service-oriented manner.
• Assists with profit and loss and budgeting as it pertains to this account.
• Works with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food.
• Assists in meal services in a seated dining room setting, including sanitation, infection control and related activities.
• Rolls out new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams.
• Prepares quarterly reports for client presentation.
• Works with marketing and culinary to increase sales through food quality.
