Morrison Healthcare is a Compass Group USA company providing hospital dining and nutrition services. We seek a Dining Services Manager to lead a team in delivering top-quality service in a main dining area and special events.

You will partner with culinary and marketing teams to implement menus, maintain high standards of sanitation, and manage budgets. A strong focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence is expected in this role.

Qualifications

• 2 years of food service management experience.
• Experience in hospitals, healthcare facilities, or related food service operations.
• Knowledge of sanitation, food safety, cost controls, and presentation.

Responsabilités

• Oversee dining services operations for a medium to large location.
• Interact with customers and resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Assist with profit and loss and budgeting for the account.
• Work with Chef and management to create menus and ensure quality.
• Support all food service activities, including sanitation and infection control.
• Assist with rollout of new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams.
• Contribute to quarterly client reports.
• Collaborate with marketing and culinary teams to drive sales through food quality.
