• Experience controlling food costs, inventory, and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Directs salaried managers and hourly staff in the Dining Services department.
• Leads budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control initiatives.
• Ensures compliance with HACCP, OSHA, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Oversees food preparation, service, and presentation to meet quality standards.
• Manages client satisfaction and service delivery across retail, cafeteria, and catering.
• Recruits, trains, and evaluates staff; handles performance issues and coaching.
