Healthcare Services Group, Inc is launching a 16-week Dining Services Manager in Training program in Mississippi. The paid program aims to develop individuals to manage dining services in healthcare settings through hands-on and computer-based training.

Participants will learn to oversee operations, ensure health and sanitation compliance, and provide exceptional resident and guest service. The program emphasizes training, development, and future account management opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous dining services or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Certifications (FPM, FSM, LTC-FSM, CDM, CFPP) may be needed during the program.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing dining services operations, including meal preparation, service, and quality control.
• Learn to ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Participate in staff training, development, and scheduling.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
