Qualifications

• 5+ years in food service management, healthcare or long-term care preferred.
• High school diploma; hospitality/food service degree preferred.
• Proven leadership, team management and customer service track record.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of dining services including menu planning and service delivery.
• Manage cooks, servers and dining staff to ensure service quality.
• Develop creative menus meeting dietary needs of residents and patients.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation and policies.
• Collaborate with Director to improve services and satisfaction.
