Job summary

Pinnacle Dietary Global is seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Dining Services to lead our culinary team in providing exceptional dining experiences for residents and patients. You will oversee menu planning, food preparation, and service delivery while ensuring regulatory compliance and a patient-centered approach.

The role emphasizes team leadership, cost control, and process improvement in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a culinary management role, preferably in a healthcare or senior living setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality, culinary arts, or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation protocols and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dining services operations including menu planning, food preparation, and service delivery.
• Manage cooks, servers, and dining staff to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement menus meeting dietary needs and patient/resident preferences.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and minimize conflicts.
• Conduct performance evaluations and coach team members.
• Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for efficient operations.
