Job summary

Roche seeks a field-based Digital Consultant to partner with healthcare laboratory customers, lead workflow analysis, and design integrated digital solutions. You will improve efficiency, quality, and operational performance across diagnostics, translating customer needs into measurable clinical, operational, and financial outcomes.

Responsibilities include pre-sales support, cross-functional coordination, and applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Medical Tech or life sciences with 4 years of lab IT/IT experience
• OR 6 years of lab IT/IT/product-line experience
• 3+ years of commercial, sales, service, or consulting experience
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent / advanced degree or enterprise CI experience

Responsibilities

• Design differentiated digital solutions balancing customer value with business sustainability
• Adopt and execute Standard Work across franchises to ensure quality and delivery
• Provide pre-sales support for complex diagnostic solutions and ROI analysis
• Communicate value of Digital Consulting services internally and externally
• Assist implementation teams with handoffs and project deliverables
