Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Medical Tech/LS with 4 years of lab IT or IT experience.
• OR 6 years of laboratory IT, general IT, or product line experience.
• 5+ years in diagnostics/healthcare/manufacturing ops, Eng, Quality, Regulatory, or equivalent.
• Experience with process mapping, statistics, and reporting tools.
• Willingness to travel 75%+ and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design differentiated digital solutions balancing customer value with business sustainability.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma methods to pre- and post-sales consulting.
• Provide pre-sales support and tangible ROI propositions.
• Communicate Digital Consulting value internally and externally.
• Collaborate across Roche Consulting to refine tools and deliverables.
