Job summary

Roche is seeking a field-based Digital Consultant to partner with healthcare laboratory customers. You will design and implement customized digital solutions, perform workflow analyses, and lead pre-sales activities to demonstrate ROI and client value.

The role requires strong communication, Lean Six Sigma experience, and travel up to 75% to support regional projects. You will influence decisions early in the sales process, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure solutions deliver

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of laboratory IT, general IT, or product-line experience or 6 years of related IT experience.
Ability to navigate complex laboratory and healthcare environments to drive operational improvement.
Experience with process mapping, statistical analysis, and reporting tools.
Travel willingness of ~75% is expected.
Excellent verbal and written communication to influence customer decisions.

Responsibilities

Design differentiated digital solutions balancing customer value with business sustainability.
Apply Lean Six Sigma and other validated methods to pre- and post-sales consulting.
Provide pre-sales support and translate customer needs into tangible ROI.</li>
Lead cross-functional collaboration and ensure smooth handoffs to implementation teams.
Communicate value of Digital Consulting services through documents, case studies, and marketing materials.
